I have the same question 3. Report abuse. Details required :. Cancel Submit. Andre Da Costa Article Author. Usually reboot loops are triggered by automatic driver signing, so if you could remove that option in your reference image, it might prevent it from happening.

In reply to zeb's post on December 16, Disable driver signature enforcement permanently in Windows This is a windows 7 SP1 image. Unfortunately this will not work. I plan on deploying this image to 40 other computers. I tried the command in Windows 7, and it ran ok. Hopefully this resolves the issue. The command worked in Windows 7, however the problem still occurs. I am going to try to create the reefernece image on a different computer and see if that works. In reply to zeb's post on January 3, Because of your unique requirements regarding deployment, you really should post your issue since it relates to mass deployment on the dedicated IT Pro forums for Windows 7 on TechNet: Technet forums - Windows 7 IT Pro - Microsoft.

Windows 10 stuck at just a moment after sysprep free

I am building my first Windows 10 Ent image build I installed it on a DELL Opti , added drivers although most of the drivers that Windows update installed were newer than the DELL drivers available , installed O client, installed all updates for Windows and office, installed InfoPath for O, then booted into audit mode, ran the Win10 Decrapifier V2, removed any AD accounts that had been created during this process I had added it to my domain and then ran Sysprep without an answer file.

I then used Clonezilla to create an image. One I boot the image, it gets stuck on the "Just a moment I've rebooted repeatedly, gone into Computer Management and added passwords to the Admin account and activated it, I've deactivated the NIC port, sound card, etc but nothing works. Any ideas? Minus the decrapifier, this is the process that always worked for me with Win7, although with Win7 I did use a very simple unattend file.

OP, how are you deploying? So I deployed the captured image to another Opti and without doing any of the troubleshooting, reboots, deactivating of NIC's, etc I just waited patiently something I'm not known for and between the "Getting Ready" and "Just a Moment" screens, it was took between minutes for me to get to the point where I could create an account and get to the desktop.

It's a ridiculously long period of time my Win7 images take less than 10 minutes including reboots , but I guess I can live with it for now. Maybe I will try doing some tweaking on future images. Hey kfberns, I added all my software and updates, went into audit mode and then ran the Decrapifier to remove the apps. I had read that doing that would help ensure what the Decrapifier does would be rolled out to subsequent logins and not just for the current user. I've honestly never used audit mode in the past when creating images.

Now I need to find out what, if any of the things I did helped. Thanks for the input. We'll see how this goes. I'm hoping not to have to make the image again. But I'll keep it in mind for future images for sure. This topic has been locked by an administrator and is no longer open for commenting.
